Meet the Team

Carli Aragosa

Director of Strategy & Development / Co-Founder

In her current role as the Manager for Portfolio Management and Organizational Effectiveness, Carli helps transform business strategy with data-driven projects that support patient-centric Pharmacy Health Services Growth. Carli thrives in fast-paced environments where she can utilize her problem-solving and interpersonal skills in business strategy and stakeholder relations. In addition to working full time, Carli is pursuing her master’s in business administration at Clarkson University Reh School of Business.

An Upstate New York native, Carli attended Union College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a minor in French and Francophone Studies.  Carli is an avid Union College and NY Rangers hockey fan. She loves to spend time with her big family and gather her cousins for a family game night. Most weekends you can find her exploring a local nature preserve, training with her Jack Russell terrier, cooking a new recipe, or traveling!

Carli has always had the compassion to help people. It's a family value she learned from her grandfather, Manny, who served the community of Schenectady in countless ways. Carli had the benefit of growing up in a community-facing family business, both learning the value of a trade and the importance of knowing your customers and community.  She is passionate about voter rights and election access. She has volunteered with grassroots campaigns where she served as an assistant campaign manager for three local election campaigns. She also served on the Board of Bethesda House where she was the Co-chair for the Development Committee and served on the Finance Committee.

In the spring of 2023, Carli helped to co-found Alpine Dignity Coalition (ADC).  She brings a history of fundraising, community engagement, and organizational strategy to the team & is most excited about planning more events that bring the community together in support of ADC & Ukraine!

Adam Haidari

Director of Operations / Co-Founder

In 2017 Adam realized volunteering was missing from his life. He planned to do a little community work each month and began attending one-off community days and opportunities where the results were easily visible. In 2018 Adam worked with organizations such as HATAS and Junior Achievement in Albany, NY. HATAS packed and supplied school children on food assistance programs with food during the summer months. Junior Achievement gave Adam the chance to teach children in the classroom about topics such as finance and home economics.

Adam started to look for chances to have a greater involvement with groups addressing long term problems. In 2021 Adam took Thanksgiving Day to prepare and serve meals at The Dallas 24 Hour Club for neighbors and community members recovering from addictions. At around the same time, Adam worked with numerous charities to humanize the intake of over 2000 Hispanic and Latin American immigrant children at the Dallas Convention Center.

It wasn’t until volunteering in Cyprus at a need based grocery store that Adam realized the necessity of aid and dignity outside of the United States. Adam worked at the entry of the store, categorizing the needs of asylum seekers from Africa and the Middle East, managing intake based on level of need and available resources, but always treated individuals with the dignity and respect they deserve as humans.

Based on the level of involvement with refugees and international relations, in 2022 Adam would need to change jobs from a system engineer with the US Department of Defense, to a position with less risk to national security. He is now a capital project engineer in the pharmaceutical industry and traveled to Ukraine in 2022 and 2024 while launching Alpine Dignity in 2023. The main goals of these trips were to meet and understand donation needs with grassroots organizations in Ukraine, see the country, and create lasting trust and relationships between Alpine Dignity and the groups we support. Adam is a New Hampshire native and enjoys tennis, boxing, horseback riding, and playing hockey.
